Information collected and its purposes
At signup, your name, email, and a cryptographic password hash are used to manage your account. Login sessions may store connection times, IP addresses, and browser information. Trip lists, costs, completion status, notes, attached photos, and map regions, colors, and notes are stored as your account’s travel records. Photos are resized and metadata such as location is removed before upload; only their logged-in owner can view them. Inquiries are used to provide replies. Do not enter passport numbers, payment information, or sensitive health information.
Storage and deletion
Account deletion requests delete your account and saved trips. Inquiries are retained to provide replies and handle user requests, and are deleted upon account closure or a deletion request. Administrator change logs are retained for operational security. Visitor statistics are retained for 90 days, and request-limiting records are cleaned up after expiry.
Visitor statistics
For visits with optional consent, we aggregate the date, page path, referring site’s domain, and a daily pseudonymous identifier. Statistics do not store original IP addresses, search terms, personal information in URLs, or login emails. Visits without consent are excluded.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to maintain login and consent settings. If you allow advertising, Travelpayouts Drive may process page visits and connection information. Google AdSense may also process information if site advertising is separately enabled. Check each provider’s policy for external advertising practices. You can change your choices in Cookie and Statistics Settings at the bottom of the page.
Processing environment and your rights
Site and account data are processed through the operator’s connected Cloudflare Workers and D1 services. Overseas networks and storage environments may be used. You can request access, correction, or deletion of account and trip records through Contact Us.
